Acceptance of Terms. By using https://ferailtowingkent.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Motorcycle Towing, Medium Duty Towing, Emergency Towing, Accident Recovery, Jump Start provided by FERAIL Towing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by FERAIL Towing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. FERAIL Towing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://ferailtowingkent.com is provided on an "as is" basis. FERAIL Towing makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, FERAIL Towing's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify FERAIL Towing against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WA for any related dispute.
Updates. FERAIL Towing reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
